Microwaveable white chocolate.

Above: Utensils needed include a spoon and fork, a microwave safe glass bowl, a frosting dispenser with a round piping
or other shape tip, and a metal pie pan.

Place the white chocolate chips in the microwave safe glass bowl.

Heat
chocolate according to the package directions.  We used a 1250 watt microwave oven at 50% power for two minutes.

We used a frosting dispenser with a round tip to create the triangular swizzle sticks.

Above: When the chips come out of the microwave they are ready to be mixed.

Use a fork to blend up the chips into a creamy consistency.

Use a spoon to fill the dispenser.  Extrude the chocolate to create the shapes of your choice.  We created lacy triangles.

Above: We created large and small triangular shaped swizzle sticks.

With the swizzle sticks extruded, the chocolate is ready for the freezer.

Place the chocolate swizzle sticks into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.  Once the chocolate has set-up, remove from freezer
and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Above: We also created some squiggle swizzle sticks using a different frosting tip.

Chocolate Cherry Martini.
