Microwaveable white chocolate.
Above: Utensils needed include a spoon and fork, a microwave safe glass bowl, a frosting dispenser with a round piping
or other shape tip, and a metal pie pan.
Place the white chocolate chips in the microwave safe glass bowl.
Heat chocolate according to the package directions. We used a 1250 watt microwave oven at 50% power for two minutes.
We used a frosting dispenser with a round tip to create the triangular swizzle sticks.
Above: When the chips come out of the microwave they are ready to be mixed.
Use a fork to blend up the chips into a creamy consistency.
Use a spoon to fill the dispenser. Extrude the chocolate to create the shapes of your choice. We created lacy triangles.

With the swizzle sticks extruded, the chocolate is ready for the freezer.
Place the chocolate swizzle sticks into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the chocolate has set-up, remove from freezer
and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
