Ingredients
1 shot grenadine
2 1/2 shots orange juice
2 1/2 shots pineapple juice
2 shots vodka
1/2 shot blue curacao
ice cubes

Utensils and Supplies
cocktail shaker
cocktail strainer
1 ounce shot glass (for measuring)
1 1/2 or 2 ounce shot glasses (for serving)
cocktail spoon
paper towels

Line up large shot glasses on top of paper towels.

Above: Ingredients have been pre-measured.

Above: Have a large glass of ice on hand.

Begin by carefully pouring the grenadine into the bottom of the cocktail shaker cup.  Do not splash grenadine on sides
of cup.

Carefully add ice cubes so grenadine remains undisturbed.  Fill the cocktail shaker cup nearly full with ice cubes.

Use a large spoon, inverted over the ice cubes, and slowly pour in orange juice.

Next pour in pineapple juice.

Above: Pour vodka over spoon slowly.

Above: Place strainer on top of cocktail shaker cup.  Pour blue curacao over strainer.
NOTE:  Once the blue curacao
is poured you need to work quickly before the blue curacao sinks too far into the cocktail shaker cup.

Begin pouring immediately after adding blue curacao.

Above: The size of your shot glasses will determine how many shots this mix makes.  When poured correctly, there should
be definitive colors including blue, teal, green, yellow, orange and red.

Above: Six Rainbow Shots.
