     KQ Easy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
1/2 breast of broiled chicken
2 slices of sourdough sandwich bread
1/4 tomato
mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
1 dill pickle (for garnish)

Utensils and Supplies
chef knife
table knife
cutting board
toaster
serving plate


Above: Cut a broiled chicken breast in half.  Stash one half for another meal.  Directions on how to make a spice-rubbed
broiled chicken breast are

Above: Cut the chicken into thin slices.


Above: Use a toaster to warm the bread, but do not actually toast it.



Above: Lay out the chicken slices evenly on one slice of bread.



Above: Slice the tomato into pieces about 1/8 inch thick.



Place the tomato slices evenly on top of the chicken.



Above: Slather the other slice of bread with mayonnaise.



Above: Place a few drops of Dijon mustard on top of the mayonnaise.


Spread the mustard around evenly.


Close the sandwich and slice in half.

EASY CHICKEN SANDWICH

Ingredients
