     Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons golden balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Utensils and Supplies
small whisk
measuring cup
measuring spoons
small gravy boat (or other mixing/serving vessel)

Above: Use a small whisk to blend ingredients.  We like to mix and serve the dressing in a small gravy boat.


Above: Add olive oil and then vinegar.



Above: Add mustard.



Above: Add salt and pepper.



Above: Whisk thoroughly.



Above: Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.  Store leftover dressing in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
